ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Dr. Michael J. O’Guin, Sr. is an experienced leader with nearly two decades of experience leading individuals and groups. Dr. O’Guin has experience in the private sector and public education. In the private sector, he was a dynamic leader who streamlined operations and specialized in improving department efficiency and responsiveness to clients.
In public education, he is renowned for improving academic achievement, enriching student experiences, building bridges among staff and teams, and fostering a growth mindset. His departments have received commendations for improvement and stability in both the private sector and public education. His varied experiences have afforded him the opportunities to empower, build capacity, and positively impact the lives of others.
MOSR, LLC was founded in 2020 and began providing corporate leadership and training services in 2024 under MOSR Leadership Services.
